This Modern & Urban wedding in Portland, Oregon was so timeless and chic.

Asenath and Martie are amazing individuals but even more beautiful together as a couple.

They are so chill and both are creatives and designers so their style is relaxed and comfy. For their engagement, we shot around the industrial part of downtown portland. They showed up in streetwear looking extra fly so I knew their wedding day was going to be beautiful!

This Wedding in Portland was such a beautiful and special day for Asenath and Martie.

They started the day getting ready with their bridal party. Things got emotional as the bride gave out handwritten notes to all her bridesmaids. The whole bridal party was dressed in all black which was so stunning! It made everything look so modern and elegant and almost like a black-tie event!

After everyone was ready, we all met up at Mt. Tabor Park in SE Portland for their first look and bridal party portraits. The bride and groom wrote cards to each other that they read after their first look. It was so sweet seeing their precious reactions to each other’s words. It was such a special and intimate moment that they were able to have before the party started. I am so glad we came to this park for some portraits. The green from the surrounding forest was unreal and encapsulated the vibe of Portland, Oregon. Asenath looked SO beautiful in her wedding dress, it looked like it was made for her! It was so sleek and modern and just fit her like a glove!

Their wedding was held at Cooper’s Hall and it was so stunning. It is a winery and taproom and the most beautiful wedding venue on this day. The whole vibe was so timeless and elegant! Asenath added extra greenery for that pop of color but still kept things neutral. Everything was served “family-style” which kept things intimate which I loved!! This venue is so beautiful on its own but with the chic wedding decor, and green florals covering the winery it came to life.

After the cake cutting and first dances, Asenath threw on her Air Force One’s under her wedding dress and called all the guests up to the dance floor. I love when all the guests are up out of their seat and dancing with the newlyweds. Ending the night with a dance party is always my favorite way to end weddings!
