Houston has such a way of surprising me. Thao + Alan’s wedding was one of those moments that left me in awe! Their entire wedding weekend was filled with thoughtful details. They blended high-end elegance with gorgeous nods to Vietnamese culture. From the pre-wedding portraits at The Chateau Nouvelle to their luxurious reception at The Corinthian, every part of their wedding in Houston felt so deeply personal. I went into this wedding excited, but I walked away with not only some of my favorite images but also a new friend—Thao, the most radiant and kind-hearted bride!

Simplicity in a Grand Setting | A Luxury Wedding in Houston

When your venue is The Corinthian, you don’t need to overcomplicate things. The couple understood that and let the space speak for itself! The towering ceilings, intricate architecture, and a setting that already felt like luxury. Instead of overwhelming it with decor, they focused on intentional touches! Cloud-like installations of baby’s breath that added softness to the space without taking away from its luxury. The real emphasis, though, was the experience for everyone. Incredible music, the best food, and a traditional lion dance performance that had everyone on their feet celebrating.

“From start to finish, Analy was incredible.

Working with her is quite literally like having your best friend take your wedding photos. We had a long engagement, which meant there was plenty of time to brainstorm and plan my vision with Analy. From our first meeting, she new exactly what I was looking for so for almost a year we would send each other
inspiration, likes, dislikes, poses, etc. She always steered me in the right path of our vision without ever seeming overbearing, truly just a bestie telling you “this is whats gonna look good”. She travelled to Houston for our pre wedding shoot and delivered us the most stunning gallery. My husband, who cannot pose in front of a lens if his life depended on it, had such a great experience because of Analy’s direction and presence.

Our wedding weekend was even better than I could have imagined. Analy was professional, directional, and captured every moment perfectly. One of my bridesmaids, who has been a part of 10+ weddings from all over the US told me that Analy is the best photographer she’s worked with.
